I appreciate the encouragement for those who recognize my new adventure in blogging. In fact, Sunday it will be in the bulletin. I am not sure what I am getting myself into but here goes nothing, as the saying goes.
As I begin my study of Acts, the ministry of the Holy Spirit intrigues me in a new and fresh way. I especially have been contemplating the idea of being filled with the Holy Spirit. It is mentioned several times in Acts and is repeated in Peter's life 3 or 4 times. So, what does that mean? I invite you to shape my thinking on this with your input. Are you filled with the Holy Spirit? Why or why not? How does that happen and what does speaking in tongues have to do with it?
